These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of fluXtore ("we", "us", "our" — P. IVA N° 15166761005), including our website, WordPress plugins, and account dashboard (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, redeeming a license, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
fluXtore is a WordPress plugin (available in a free and a paid "Pro" version) for building sales funnels, checkout flows, order bumps, and upsells on top of WooCommerce, plus a web dashboard for managing your license, activations, and account.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Licenses are for your own use or your clients' websites, as applicable to your plan. You may not resell, sublicense, or share a license key beyond the number of site activations included in your plan.
Subscription plans automatically renew each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard; access continues until the end of the current paid period. AppSumo lifetime deals follow AppSumo's own refund window (typically 60 days from purchase) rather than a subscription refund policy.
You agree not to: attempt to circumvent license validation or activation limits, reverse-engineer the Service beyond what applicable law permits, use the Service for unlawful purposes, or interfere with the Service's normal operation (including excessive automated requests to our API).
fluXtore, its logo, and its Pro plugin source code remain our property or that of our licensors. The free plugin is distributed under its own open-source license, which takes precedence for that specific codebase.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every WordPress/WooCommerce configuration.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits or lost sales) arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, including attempts to abuse or circumvent license validation. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
