What do I need to use fluXtore?

Requirements

1. WordPress.org — a self-hosted WordPress installation (not WordPress.com)
2. WooCommerce — installed and configured with at least one product
3. fluXtore Free — the free plugin must be installed before activating Pro
4. fluXtore Pro license — required for order bumps, upsells, and advanced features
5. A page builder — Elementor, Gutenberg, Bricks, or Divi to design funnel pages

Hosting Requirements

• PHP 7.4 or higher (PHP 8.x recommended)

Understanding Steps in fluXtore

Steps are the building blocks of every funnel in fluXtore. Each step is a page in the funnel flow, connected to the next through dynamic widgets.

Funnel Structure

A basic funnel has 3 steps:

1. Landing Page — the entry point where visitors discover your offer
2. Checkout Page — where the purchase happens (with optional Order Bump)
3. Thank You Page — confirmation after purchase

A complete funnel has 5 steps:

1. Landing Page
2. Checkout Page + Order Bump
3. Upsell — post-checkout higher-value offer
4. Downsell — shown if the upsell is declined

Step Settings

Each step can be customized visually using your page builder of choice, and functionally through the fluXtore step settings panel — where you can assign products, configure order bumps, set redirect logic, and more.

How to Install fluXtore Free

The free version of fluXtore is available directly from the WordPress plugin repository.

1. Log in to your WordPress admin panel at yourwebsite.com/wp-admin
2. Navigate to Plugins → Add New
3. Search for fluXtore in the search field
4. Click Install Now on the fluXtore plugin
5. Once installed, click Activate
6. You will now see the fluXtore menu in your WordPress dashboard

How to Install fluXtore Pro

1. Purchase a Pro license at fluxtore.com/pricing
2. After purchase, you will receive a download link via email — download the .zip file
3. Log in to your WordPress admin at yourwebsite.com/wp-admin
4. Navigate to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin
5. Click Choose File, select the fluXtore Pro .zip file, and click Install Now
6. Once installed, click Activate Plugin
7. Navigate to fluXtore → License and enter your license key to activate

How to Update fluXtore Free & Pro

1. Log in to your WordPress admin at yourwebsite.com/wp-admin
2. Navigate to Dashboard → Updates
3. If a fluXtore update is available, it will appear in the plugin list
4. Check the box next to fluXtore (free and/or Pro) and click Update Plugins

Manual Update (Pro)

If automatic updates are not available for the Pro version, you can update manually:

1. Download the latest Pro zip from your account area or the email you received
2. Deactivate and delete the current Pro plugin (your settings are saved in the database)
3. Upload and activate the new zip file

How to Create a Funnel

Funnels are a powerful tool for guiding visitors through a structured purchasing journey optimized to maximize conversions.

1. In your WordPress dashboard, click fluXtore → Funnels
2. Click Add New Funnel
3. Give your funnel a name and click Create
4. Add and configure your funnel steps: Landing Page, Checkout, Upsell, Downsell, Thank You
5. For each step, assign a WordPress page and configure the step settings
6. Design each page using your page builder (Elementor, Gutenberg, Divi, or Bricks)
7. Set the step connections — fluXtore automatically links steps in the correct order
8. Click Save Funnel and your funnel is live

How to Delete a Funnel

1. Log in to your WordPress dashboard
2. Navigate to fluXtore → Funnels
3. Find the funnel you want to delete and hover over it
4. Click Delete (or move to Trash)
5. Confirm the deletion

Understanding Funnel Steps

Steps are integral components within funnels and form the building blocks of the entire funnel structure.

Connecting Steps

Steps are connected through fluXtore's dynamic widgets (Elementor) or dynamic blocks (Gutenberg). The Yes Button and No Button widgets control the flow between upsell/downsell steps automatically.

How to Use Checkout Fields

The Checkout Fields Customization tool lets you modify or add fields to the checkout process for any funnel.

1. Open a funnel in fluXtore → Funnels
2. Click on the Checkout Step
3. In the step settings, find the Checkout Fields tab
4. Toggle fields on/off, reorder them, or add custom fields
5. Save your changes

fluXtore Analytics Home

The Analytics Home gives you a comprehensive overview of the performance of all your funnels in one place.

Key Metrics Tracked

• Total Revenue — overall revenue generated across all funnels
• Funnel Visits — number of visitors entering each funnel
• Order Bumps — how many order bumps were accepted and their revenue
• Upsell Conversions — upsell acceptance rate and revenue
• Conversion Rate — percentage of funnel visitors who completed a purchase

1. Go to fluXtore → Analytics in your WordPress dashboard

Single Funnel Analytics

Single Funnel Analytics gives you a detailed performance breakdown for each individual funnel.

4. Select a date range and review the step-by-step breakdown

fluXtore Settings Overview

fluXtore settings can be found in your WordPress dashboard under fluXtore → Settings.

Advanced Settings

• Data Persistence — control how fluXtore stores session data across funnel steps
• URL Handling — configure how step URLs are generated and resolved
• Order Status — set which WooCommerce order status triggers the upsell/downsell flow
• Skip Empty Steps — automatically skip steps without assigned products

License Settings

Enter and manage your fluXtore Pro license key under the License tab. Your license controls the number of active websites allowed.

URL Rewrite Options

By default, fluXtore funnel step URLs use the fluxtore_step slug. The URL Rewrite feature lets you change this to a custom branded URL.

How to Activate

1. Go to fluXtore → Settings → Advanced
2. Find the URL Rewrite Options section
3. Enter your custom slug (e.g. funnel instead of fluxtore_step)
4. Save settings and flush WordPress permalinks (Settings → Permalinks → Save Changes)

1. Redeem your first code as described in the Redeeming guide
2. Once your account is created, log in to fluxtore.com → My Account
3. Navigate to the AppSumo Redeem section
4. Enter your additional code(s) one at a time and click Stack Code
5. Each stacked code adds more website activations to your license

How to View Redeemed Licenses

1. Log in to your account at fluxtore.com → My Account
2. Navigate to the Licenses tab
3. You will see all your active licenses, including the number of activations used and available
4. From here you can also deactivate a site to free up an activation slot

Resolve Compatibility Issues

1. Backup Your Website First

Before making any changes, perform a full backup of your website. This ensures you can restore in case of errors.

2. Deactivate Plugins One by One

If a conflict occurs, deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and fluXtore. Then reactivate plugins one at a time to identify the conflicting one.

3. Switch to a Default Theme

Temporarily switch to a default WordPress theme (e.g. Twenty Twenty-Four). If the issue disappears, the conflict is theme-related.

4. Check the Browser Console

Open your browser developer tools (F12) and check the Console tab for JavaScript errors. These can point to plugin conflicts.

5. Clear All Caches

Flush your caching plugin, server-side cache, CDN cache, and browser cache after every change.
