Account data: name, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash, never in plain text)
License data: license key, plan, activated site domains, AppSumo redemption codes
Payment data: for paid subscriptions, payment is processed directly by Stripe — we never see or store your full card details
Usage data: login timestamps, API requests made by your WordPress plugin installations (for license validation), support requests
Technical data: IP address and browser user agent, collected automatically for security and abuse prevention

2. How We Use Your Data

To create and manage your account and license
To validate and activate your fluXtore Pro license on the WordPress sites you register
To process payments and manage subscriptions (via Stripe)
To send you transactional emails: account creation, password reset, license activation confirmations
To provide customer support
To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents

3. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

Where the General Data Protection Regulation applies, we rely on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (providing the Service you signed up for), legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention, service improvement), and consent (optional cookies — see our Cookie Policy).

4. Who We Share Data With

We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data with the following processors, strictly to operate the Service:

Stripe — payment processing for paid subscriptions
Brevo — transactional email delivery (account/license emails)
AppSumo — validation of lifetime deal redemption codes, if you purchased via AppSumo

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and license data for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, accounting, and support obligations. You can request deletion at any time (see Section 7).

6. International Data Transfers

Some of our processors (Stripe, Brevo) may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, we rely on their respective Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
